Some areas of our client’s juice piping system were non-compliant with sanitation standards, were difficult to clean, and/or were manually controlled. Using a limited budget, POWER’s scope of work was to develop a preliminary sanitary piping design that would meet industry sanitation standards, be easier to clean, and be easier to automate.
- Attention to production up-time: Design including a phased approach minimized the overall impact on production.
- Upgrades to sanitary design and easier operation: While the overall objective of the new design was to be in better compliance with sanitary standards, it also delivered an end product that is easier for operators to clean and easier to automate.

- Preliminary process and packaging design and engineering
- Development of cost estimate and schedule for final design and construction
